Opening multiple Accounts — whether to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose — is a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection, all associated Accounts will be closed, duplicate bonus winnings will be forfeited, and any net withdrawal requests may be declined.
din999 is required to verify the identity of its Players under its international licensing obligations. You may be asked at any time to provide copies of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet showing your registered mobile number), and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of request will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of bonus balances.
If din999 discovers that information provided during registration or subsequently is false, misleading, or incomplete, din999 reserves the right to suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and where fraud is evidenced, report the matter to relevant authorities.

din999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Allied Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are accepted and credited to your din999 Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges on PKR deposits. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your din999 Account in real time upon payment confirmation by the respective mobile wallet provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–4 hours of receipt by din999. Delays caused by banking system outages or third-party payment processor issues are outside din999's control.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods registered to third parties — including family members — are prohibited. din999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source and to suspend the relevant Account pending investigation.
You may withdraw your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. Withdrawals at din999 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
din999 requires successful CNIC identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. KYC documentation must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal request is actioned. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play freely but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.
Withdrawal requests from fully verified din999 Accounts are processed as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Allied) — 1 to 4 hours during banking hours. USDT TRC20 — 15 to 60 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions. During periods of high volume, processing times may extend up to 24 hours.
Minimum withdrawal at din999 is PKR 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are determined by your Account VIP tier. Standard accounts carry a PKR 200,000 daily withdrawal limit. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers carry higher limits communicated individually by your din999 account manager.
din999 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request pending identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or resolution of a disputed transaction. din999 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal hold to the relevant Player within 24 hours of the hold being placed.
din999 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, together with the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your din999 Account must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games at din999 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%. Live casino table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) contribute 10%. Video poker (including Jacks or Better) contributes 20%. Sports betting contributes based on odds conditions stated in the specific promotion terms. Bingo Fishing contributes 50%.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your din999 Account. Uncompleted bonus balances will automatically expire and be removed from your Account at the end of the validity period.
Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — will have their bonus balance forfeited and their Account may be permanently closed. din999 reserves the right to make the final determination on what constitutes bonus abuse.
All games available on the din999 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence except where the game-specific rules address a matter not covered herein.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incomplete game round caused by a technical fault on din999's infrastructure, din999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. No winnings will be paid in respect of a game round that experienced a material technical malfunction affecting the outcome.
Cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and all other sports markets at din999 are governed by the din999 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. Key provisions include: settled bets are final; in the event of a postponed or abandoned match, bets are voided and stakes returned unless 90% of the scheduled match duration has been completed; minimum odds for accumulator bets are stated in the Sportsbook Rules.
din999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted due to an obvious error — including but not limited to system errors, data feed errors, or human input errors — that resulted in odds materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of the bet. din999 will notify affected Players and return voided stakes promptly.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account is suspended, all marketing communications cease, and any remaining Real Money Balance is held securely until the exclusion period expires or, at din999's discretion, returned to the Player on request. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, din999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your din999 Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
din999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the din999 Platform, whether or not din999 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit din999's liability for: death or personal injury caused by din999's proven negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by din999; or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the din999 service, you should first contact din999 customer support via live chat or by email at [email protected], describing the nature of the complaint in sufficient detail. din999 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 10 business days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the din999 internal complaints process, you may request escalation to din999's independent dispute resolution body. Details of the applicable independent adjudicator are provided in the Platform's licensing information section. The decision of the independent adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Disputes must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised outside this period will not be considered.
din999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of material changes will be provided to registered Players by email to the address on file or by a prominent notice displayed upon next login to the din999 Platform.
Your continued use of the din999 Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and notify din999 of your intention to close your Account.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which din999 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
